Cellophane is widely considered one of the most practical and sustainable alternatives to plastic packaging available today. Proudly Australian made, No More Plastic Packaging offers over 40 bag sizes—from flat card sleeves to gusseted bags—ideal for teas, herbs, sweets, sourdough bread, cookies and even clothing.

Used for generations before the invention of plastic, cellophane has recently made a strong comeback, delivering clarity, strength and freshness. When kept in a dry place, it helps protect contents by keeping them fresh and moisture-free.

NatureFlex™ Bags

No More Plastic Packaging offers a premium range of NatureFlex™ bags—clear, plant-based packaging made from renewable cellulose fibre. These bags are home compostable and biodegradable, providing a high-performance alternative to conventional plastic.

Certified biodegradable to Australian Standard AS 5810, NatureFlex™ bags can be safely composted at home. Proudly made in Australia, they offer an excellent moisture barrier for food products and can be heat sealed using a standard heat sealer.

When stored in dry conditions, NatureFlex™ bags can preserve food for up to 18 months without breaking down. Once exposed to natural elements, they decompose in approximately 15 weeks.

Standard Cellophane Bags

No More Plastic Packaging also offers a range of commercially compostable clear bags, proudly made in Australia. Crafted from renewable cellulose film with a synthetic moisture barrier, these bags provide long-lasting protection for food—storing products for up to 2 years under dry conditions.

Heat sealable with a standard sealer, they’re perfect for teas, cookies, biscuits, and other dry goods. With a standard thickness of 23 microns, they are also freezer-safe down to -18°C. Biodegradable and compostable, these bags are ideally suited to commercially composting facilities after use.
